Merry Christmas

Ethan is already 5 weeks old. In the last few days, he began to track us when we talk to him and for the first time smile when we play with him. This Christmas is definitely one of the best in our lives.

More friends visited Ethan. Ethan looks forward to playing with Enoch and Hailey very soon.

Evan and Erik Laursen visited Ethan this weekend. When Ethan woke up crying and looking for food, I held him in my arms to comfort him. His new friend, Erik, came over to touch, hug, kiss, and pad Ethan in the back. Evan then came over and told me that Ethan was crying because he was looking for milk! Evan looked very serious when he said that. Afterall, Evan has more than a year of experience in caring for his little baby brother. Upon hearing his brother's suggestion, Erik immediately grabbed his cup of milk and offered it to Ethan! How sweet!

Baby Ethan is here!

We are joyful to announce the arrival of baby Ethan King Him Lee. Mom gave birth to Ethan via C-section on Nov 22, 07.

In various sources, Ethan means firm, solid, consistent, and steadfast.

In the Bible, Ethan was the author of Psalm 89, a person with wisdom, and one of the leaders of the temple music.

Ethan's middle name consists of two Chinese words. The first is 敬 "King" and the second 謙 "Him". As parents, we wish Ethan would fear God, respect others, and be a humble boy.

Week 38 - Back from Duke

Only two weeks away from the due date! We are thankful that the baby decided to stay put while Dad was away this past week. We are looking forward to his arrival.

Week 30

10 weeks away from the expected due day of BB. We are busy preparing for BB's arrival. Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa all look forward to meeting the new born.

Week 25 - Niagara 2007

We visited Niagara Falls during the Canada day long weekend. Several weeks later, we visited Niagara-on-the-lake to meet Roderick's childhood friend, Peter Wong, who was attending a conference in the area. See how much BB has grown in a few weeks?
